We spend all necessary time in the planning and discussion phases to determine and understand our client’s requirements and expectations. Jensen staff coordinates and communicates with the other trades throughout the process to eliminate unnecessary conflicts, delays, and costs.

Plan and spec projects require accurate and thorough estimates and specification review. We are transparent and diligent in our communications with the design consultants. Every effort is made to mitigate change orders and cost overruns. We readily offer value engineering ideas and assistance to provide the best possible value to the project.
